These prestigious national awards recognise Catalyst as having outstanding levels of engagement in the workplace across a range of factors including leadership, trust, teamwork and how our employees give something back to the community. 

We are now working to our new three-year strategic plan (20132016) which will guide all parts of Catalyst to deliver our common purpose in a different and more unpredictable world.
