Additional rental income from relets under the
Affordable Homes Programme

2015–16

  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the twelve months to 31 March 2016 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £233,501.32.
  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the nine months to 31 December 2015 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £150,981.48.
  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the six months to 30 September 2015 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £4,355.52.

2014–15

  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the six months ended 30 September 2014 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £3,837.
  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the three months ended 30 June 2014 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £3,837.

2013–14

  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the year ended 31 March 2014 under the Affordable Homes Programme was £124,438.
  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the nine months ended 31 December 2013 under the Affordable Housing Programme was £95,524.
  • Total additional rental income from relets converted in the six months ended 30 September 2013 under the Affordable Housing Programme was £75,115.
