Brand new Catalyst HomeBuy website to help first time Buyers with home ownership schemes

Catalyst Housing Group― Government appointed HomeBuy Agent for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey― has today launched a brand new website, www.catalysthomebuy.org.uk.

Catalysthomebuy.org.uk has been specially designed to be an online one-stop-shop to help first time buyers access all the information they need to be aware of to enable them to purchase a home through the range of HomeBuy schemes.

The new site makes registering with Catalyst, their HomeBuy Agent straightforward thanks to the online registration form. Customers can also search for a home through the online property search, find out when the next HomeBuy Show will be visiting their local area and access details of eligibility criteria for the various schemes.

The site also contains relevant information and advice on how to access all the different home ownership initiatives launched by the Government to help make owning a home more affordable in these turbulent times.  Schemes include popular equity loan products such as MyChoice HomeBuy and the new HomeBuy Direct, Rent to HomeBuy; an option for those saving for a deposit, and the traditional shared ownership New Build HomeBuy scheme.  Customers can also find information on the government’s  Mortgage Rescue programme.

Farhaan Mirza, Marketing Manager for Catalyst said: “The new Catalyst HomeBuy website is the online version of our one-stop-shop offering individuals all they need to know about the home ownership opportunities that are available in their area.

“The site makes getting started with the HomeBuy process really simple, from registering online to searching for a property. We hope the new site will help more first time buyers get a step closer to owning their first home.”
