Overhead shot of Mill Farm CloseThe residents of Mill Farm Close have voted for the regeneration of Mill Farm to proceed. This is huge success and a resounding endorsement of the plans to transfer the estate to Catalyst Communities.

CCHA has a great deal of experience when it comes to regeneration. We realise that the people who know the most about their communities are those who live there. For this reason, we always encourage residents to work with us to bring about lasting change to their neighbourhoods.

The majority of homes on Mill Farm Close are owned by the council. This could change in the next six months, as CCHA hopes to take over the day-to-day management and maintenance of the estate and – in close consultation with residents – develop proposals to regenerate Mill Farm Close. Tenants and leaseholders will be asked to vote for this to happen, so it’s very important that residents have all the information they need to make a decision.
