The Greenway, the first development in London to meet the highest standards in three key sustainability measures and is the winner of multiple awards including Best Sustainable Scheme at the National Housing Awards.
The 18 properties, which were delivered in partnership with Willmott-Dixon, MEPK Architects and the London Borough of Hounslow, are ecologically aware ensuring The Greenway leads the field in providing housing to help its residents live environmentally-friendly yet cost effective lives.
This is a large-scale one-off regeneration project between Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove providing over 500 homes to an area famous for its eclectic style and diverse community.
Recognised for its strong sustainability ethos and distinctive contemporary architecture, the development will comprise stylish apartments, town houses and mews houses with a mix of tenures as well as new shops, cafes and restaurants and a large communal park at its heart.
The development of Phase 1 is currently underway with residents already living in their new homes.
Catalyst has been selected by Brent council to carry out the latest stage of the regeneration of South Kilburn.
