Kensington Housing Trust provides affordable homes and we have a responsibility to ensure that we assist those who are unable to access the housing market themselves. Fraudulent or illegal use of our properties has a direct impact on our ability to provide good quality housing services to existing and future residents.

If you have any information about sub-letting or unauthorized residents please contact us so we can investigate. Although it is helpful to us if you can leave your details so we can feedback on our investigations, but you can report this without giving us your name and details or by calling on 020 8960 5544.
