How to contact us

Your first point of contact should be our customer services team, who can help with a wide range of enquiries, including repairs, rents and housing enquiries.

If the customer services team cannot help they will put you in contact with the appropriate member of staff or make an appointment for you to see your housing officer or a surveyor.

By telephone

Contact the customer services team on 020 8960 5544 - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

For out of hours emergency repairs call 020 8964 0148.

In person

Alternatively you can call into our office at 354 Portobello Road, London W10 5XZ. The office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday, and you are welcome to drop in if you have an enquiry you would prefer to deal with in person. Office map
