In addition your local council website will have useful information, and if you live in Kensington and Chelsea you can ring 0808 202 6204 to get free advice on energy efficiency and heating your home. Westminster also offer advice for their residents on 0800 072 9005.

Some tenants may be able to get some financial help in paying your heating bills and qualify for Winter Fuel Payments or Cold Weather Payments. Contact your local Benefits office or look at the Directgov website.
