About Kensington Housing Trust

Kensington Housing Trust was established in 1926 to provide homes for those in need. Today it provides around 2,500 affordable homes in West London to families, single people, the elderly and people with special needs.

Our housing stock is a mixture of purpose-built blocks developed in the 1920s and 1930s, a large 1970s estate comprising more than 530 homes, smaller purpose-built blocks and individual street properties, some of which have been converted into flats and maisonettes. In addition we own a sheltered housing scheme and a number of special needs projects managed by voluntary agencies.
