Ashgrove Court and Lockbridge Court were built on the site of the former St May's Hospital, on Harrow Road, London W9. The scheme was built in 1989 and provides 74 furnished flats for NHS staff in the region. Each flat has three or five bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All the flats are fully furnished and centrally heated, and every room is provided with a television aerial socket and telephone point. Shared washing machines and dryers are provided.

Bicycle stores are provided in both Ashgrove Court and Lockbridge Court. Limited car parking is available to permit holders only. A waiting list system is in operation for car parking permits, with permits issued strictly in date order.
