We have a wide range of affordable homes for part-buy/part-rent under the New Build HomeBuy scheme. Shares start at 25% of the property value, and a subsidised rent is paid on the share you do not own.

We also operate open market schemes such as MyChoice HomeBuy, which allows eligible individuals to buy a home of their choice with the help of Government support of up to 50% of the purchase price.
