At Fortunegate, we are working to continuously improve the quality of the services we provide to you. We need your input to help us develop and review our policies and procedures, and to help us shape our services and priorities around the needs of our residents.

How you can get involved

Fortunegate offers a variety of ways for residents to get involved in shaping services.  You can choose one or more of the options in the form below.
We will be establishing a database of residents who are interested in being involved so that we can contact them from time to time to invite comments, suggestions and feedback on a variety of matters.  If you would like to be included, please complete this form.

  Focus groups We will arrange meetings from time to time (approximately every 1-2 months) to discuss proposed changes to policies and procedures or to review services.
  Email We will contact you to invite your comments and suggestions about proposed changes to policies, procedures and services.
  Telephone surveys We will contact you, at a convenient time, to discuss proposals or seek your feedback over the phone.
  Online surveys We will seek your feedback through an online survey on the Fortunegate internet website.
  Surveys/questionnaires We will seek your feedback using a written survey or questionnaire, which will be delivered through the post.
  Resident inspector You would help Fortunegate to monitor how well services are being provided (for example, by participating in regular estate inspections).
  Newsletter You would help us to plan the content of Fortunegate's quarterly magazine, Fortunegate News.
