If you are a social housing tenant, you can also ‘swap’ a home with one of our existing tenants through the HomeSwapper mutual exchange scheme. HomeSwapper automatically matches you to possible council house exchanges and home swaps.

If you are an existing tenant and want to move to one of our existing homes, we provide a transfer scheme whereby you can apply to move to a new home that will be more suitable and meet your housing needs.
