Farndon Court is situated on the Woodstock Road in Oxford. It provides high quality shared accommodation in attractive surroundings close to the city centre.

The accommodation is for females only aged between 18 and 35 and would particularly suit students or professionals.

An onsite team includes a project manager, a resident caretaker and a customer services officer.

The accommodation

Farndon Court comprises 97 partially furnished rooms arranged in either a cluster accommodation of eight bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom or shared flats with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is arranged over four floors with onsite laundry facilities and Wi-Fi.

Each bedroom consists of a bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair plus a washbasin. All of the bathrooms have a bath, shower and toilet. The cluster areas also have a living room with a television, dining room and a kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and storage areas.

Car parking is available at the rear of the building and there is also a bike shelter.

Rent

Rent depends on the type of room and is payable weekly in advance.

Cluster Rooms: Small Single – £113.27 per week / Large Single – £114.10 per week

Shared Flat: £116.58 per week

Rent is inclusive of utilities and council tax charges. The rent is reviewed and increased annually at the start of the new financial year. The minimum amount of time a resident can stay at Farndon Court is three months.
