Acton Care Centre has been built and developed especially for the local people of Acton and surrounding areas who, because of increasing physical and mental dependency are unable to maintain an individual life style at home.
Our Statement of Purpose provides details of the nursing and care services we provide, how we respect and respond to patients’ needs, and how we are managed and regulated.
