We aim to do our very best at all times – for our patients, their families and friends, but sometimes we may get it wrong.
To help us resolve any problems please speak to the nurse in charge at the time. If you are not satisfied with the result please contact the senior nurse of the unit and ask for a meeting – or download a copy of our complaints procedure.
