Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what our Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party.

Join us every Monday morning at the Advice Shop from 9.30am to 10.30am and get moving towards joy and health.

Each session only costs £5 so come along and get ready to party.
