How to apply
Priority for New Build HomeBuy is usually given to those registered on their local council home ownership register, key workers, council and Housing association tenants. Specific eligibility criteria may apply on individual developments.
To apply for New Build HomeBuy you need to contact the HomeBuy Agent for the area you currently live in (or if you are a key worker, the area you currently work in).
To apply for New Build HomeBuy in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey please fill in the Word version of the Application form.
