Report a repair - step 1If you are an Catalyst Communities tenant you can report your repairs on-line in three easy steps. Your repair request will be dealt with during office hours only - all emergency repairs should be reported using the telephone numbers listed on the contact page. If you live in Oxford, Reading, Slough, Wokingham or Wycombe, the Customer Service Centre will forward your repair request to your local housing office. Step 1 - Select the type of repair: |
