Servicing your estate

At Catalyst Communities Housing Association, we are committed to maintaining our estates to a high standard, in a friendly and efficient way.

Our promise to you

We try to keep your neighbourhood and estate clean, tidy and in good repair.

Estate visits

Our Estates Team visits large estates every month, and other estates every three months. The team identifies any action we need to take to maintain and improve the quality of our estates.

Estate inspections

If you live on a large estate, we invite you to attend an inspection with your neighbourhood manager every three months. We encourage you to:

  • participate in the inspection
  • sign off the inspection sheets at the end
  • help our staff to identify any areas of concern on the estate.
Get involved

We will tell you when estate inspections are taking place, by:

  • advertising on our website
  • writing to you
  • announcing them in our publications.

We would welcome you at the next estate inspection, where you can raise any concerns you have about your estate.

How we provide our estate services

We provide our estate services in several ways:

  • We employ estate caretakers.
  • We hire contractors.
  • We buy into services that other landlords provide.
Your views

We welcome your views on the service we provide. If we have got things wrong and you are unhappy with the service, then please tell us. This will help us put things right and improve the service.

We would also like to hear from you if you are happy with the service you receive – so tell us when we get it right. This will help us get it right more often.

Whatever you want to tell us – whether it’s a complaint, compliment, comment or suggestion – we want to hear from you.
