Resident involvement

Catalyst Communities Housing Association

Placing you at the heart of decision-making

What is involving residents?

Involving residents is about:

  • giving you your say in how we deliver our services
  • involving you in the decisions that affect you and your neighbourhood.
Why is it important?

As one of our customers, you are in the best position to tell us which services work well and where we can improve them. Involving you helps us ensure we are improving the things that matter to you.

What are our aims?

At Catalyst Communities Housing Association, we are committed to placing you at the heart of how we make decisions. We want you to influence and improve our services.

How much time will it take?

The time it takes depends on the type of activities that interest you and how much influence you would like over the services we provide.

How can I get involved?

You can get involved in the following ways:

  • going to residents’ forums
  • becoming a resident board member
  • taking part in surveys and discussion groups
  • reading and responding to Housing Matters and other publications
