How to report a repairWhen you notice that something needs repairing, contact the Customer Services Centre (in London) or your local office (in Oxford or Reading) by telephone, letter or in person. You can also report all repairs with our easy-to-use online repairs reporting system. We also have a repairs handbook to help you identify your repairs and to make it easier to report any faults.
