We aim to provide good-quality housing, services and amenities but sometimes things can go wrong. When this happens, we want to put them right and occasionally we will pay compensation. This leaflet explains when you may be entitled to compensation and how to claim it. When do we pay compensation?

How to claim compensationYou must claim compensation in writing. This helps us collect the most relevant information and so deal with your claim quickly and efficiently. If you need help completing the compensation, home loss or disturbance forms, you can ask a member of our staff for help. Supporting you if you claim compensationTranslation and interpretation – we offer this if English is not your first language. Textphones are available in all of our offices. Confidentiality – we will treat all information about compensation claims in line with our data protection policy. Support – we will identify any support needs you may have when making a claim.
