Housing enquiries

If you are an Catalyst Communities tenant you can submit a range of housing enquiries to the Customer Services Centre.

Choose from the options below and send your enquiries directly to a Housing Officer in the Customer Services Centre.

If you live in Oxford, Reading, Slough, Wokingham or Wycombe, the Customer Service Centre will forward your enquiry to your local housing office.

 

Rent account requests

Request a current rent account balance, a rent statement, a new rent book or a standing order mandate.
