Regeneration project: Mill Farm Close
In late 2009, residents of Mill Farm Close, Harrow, voted overwhelmingly for CCHA to take over as their landlord, and regenerate their estate. Building work is due to start in April 2010, to create 165 new homes for rent, part-buy or sale, and the whole estate will get a much-needed makeover, improving the neighbourhood for residents. Find out more about the regeneration on the Mill Farm Close website.
CCHA disability equality scheme
With help from some of our staff and disabled residents, we’ve developed a disability equality scheme that focuses on removing the barriers that disabled people face.
