The two ticks disability symbol

Catalyst Housing Group Limited has signed up to the Employment Service Two Ticks Disability Symbol Scheme which means that we have adopted five basic commitments.

1. To interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and consider them on their abilities.
2. To ask disabled employees at least once a year what can be done to make sure they can develop their abilities at work.
3. To make every effort when employees become disabled to make sure they stay in employment.
4. To take action to ensure that key employees develop the awareness of disability needed to make the Symbol commitment work.
5. To review these commitments each year to see what has been achieved, plan ways to improve them and let employees know about progress and future plans.

We would particularly welcome applications form people with disabilities who are currently under-represented in our workforce.
