Our vision
Catalyst Housing Group's vision sets out, in broad terms, what we do to achieve our mission statement. Our vision is to:
- make good housing accessible to people who cannot afford open market prices
- create homes that people enjoy living in year after year
- help to create safe, secure and vibrant neighbourhoods.
Our values
Our mission statement and vision set out what we do; our values determine how we do it. We have four key values that underpin our way of working:
- Integrity
Fairness must underpin our working relationships. More and more of our work will be done in partnership with others - local authorities, developers, community organisations. They must be able to trust us to act honestly and with integrity.
- Inclusion
We are committed to our equalities and diversity policy and believe that for communities and workplaces to be successful, they must be accessible to all.
- Opportunity
Our staff are our greatest resource and we want them to maximise their potential through career development and training at work. This also extends to our customers where we will work to create similar opportunities for them in their communities.
- Quality
Our continued success is dependent on the number and quality of the homes that we build and the way we manage them.
