Wilton Road, Reading

Wilton Road in reading was an ultra-low energy housing initiative of 25 homes, that received Housing Forum Demonstration Project status. The scheme involved high levels of prefabrication, including Forge Llewellyn lightweight steel frames and prefabricated ground beams. The scheme was built in a project partnering arrangement with Llewellyn Construction.
