Priory Heights, Slough

Priory Heights is a landmark development in Slough. Built by Inspace Partnerships on behalf of Catalyst Housing Group, the Burnham Lane development comprises 75 apartments set in landscaped gardens. 45 of these units are for rent with the balance of 30 units for shared ownership.

The new building is part of a redevelopment of this part of Burnham Lane where a derelict bowling alley and office block once stood, bringing land back into use to create much-needed affordable homes for those who live and work in Slough.

The building is constructed from a concrete frame and floors, so have good sound insulation, and has been built to high environmental standards, and has achieved an EcoHomes 'Good' rating.
