Owens Way, Oxford

Owens Way comprises 111 homes set in over 2 hectares of land. The scheme was designed within a Homezone concept that has resulted in a more residential feel for the development. It benefits from two distinct landscaped areas featuring a quadrangle area and a mature copse. These are designed to provide visual amenity and compliment the other landscaped gardens and trees which populate this site.

We have also refurbished the old school building to provide 10 generous flats for shared ownership, a room for resident bats in the loft, and a retained clock tower on the roof.

There is parking for every unit together with visitors parking and disabled parking spaces. The scheme also has suitable external storage for bicycles.
