In Shepherds Bush, Catalyst Housing Group has transformed a site that was derelict for more than 20 years into high quality affordable housing for 45 local households.

The landmark scheme constructed on the site of the former Oaklands Congregational Church provides 33 rented homes and 12 shared ownership homes.

The development includes safe play areas for children living in the new homes, along with a planted roof top garden, adding to the scheme's visual appeal and architectural distinction.
