Completed in 2005, Crossway Point provides 98 flats for rent, shared ownership and discounted market rent. The building features a roof garden and most flats have private balconies.

Innovative touches include the use of solar panels to power the communal lighting and "pod" kitchens and bathrooms, built off site.
