Church End Phase 3, London NW10

The Church End Resiform estate was part of a stock transfer from the London Borough of Brent to Fortunegate Community Housing in 1998.

The Resiform estate is being redeveloped in five phases. Three are now complete, while Phase 4 is currently on site (as at September 2006). Residents have been decanted from one phase into the next in advance of the rebuilding programme.

Phase 3 started on site in January 2004 and was completed in July 2006. In total 141 new homes were built in Phase 3, including 59 three bedroom or larger houses.
