Chantry Crescent, London NW10

Following the 1,500 unit stock transfer from Brent Council to Fortunegate Community Housing in 1998, a major refurbishment programme for 750 homes, and a new build programme of 500 homes is now well underway.

The demolition of existing poor-quality system built flats, new build development and comprehensive refurbishment schemes are due to be completed by 2008.

Chantry Crescent is a fine example of the high quality homes and environmental improvements that are transforming the Church End and Roundwood neighbourhoods.
