Board and Management Team

The Catalyst Housing Group Board determines policy and the strategic and business planning framework for the Group as a whole. It comprises the Chairs of the Member Companies,the Chair of Audit Committee, a resident representative and three independent Board members.The intention of the Group Membership Agreement is that the Member Companies act with a high degree of autonomy within this framework.

Each of the Member Companies has its own Board set up in accordance with its own rules. These Boards develop the business strategies and plans for their companies within the Group framework and decide local policies.

Group Management Team

The Group management team act as executives within the authority delegated by the Board of Management, which includes detailed scrutiny of performance, the development of policy and procedures, and expenditure approvals within budget. Members of the Group Management Team are:
