  • London customer services centre: 0300 456 2099 (open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
  • South East customer services centre: 0300 456 2090 (open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

If you need to report an emergency repair when we are closed please call your local customer services centre (London or south east) and you will be put through to our repairs contractors.

We’re constantly reviewing our service to our customers and stakeholders, and as part of this we’ve decided to centralise the handling of our incoming post. Doing this will enable us to process and distribute the post we receive more efficiently, and also get quicker responses to people.
