Ask Catalyst  has the answers to our customers’ most frequently asked questions.  It’s quick and easy to use, and you can access it 24 hours a day.

By phone

Call the Customer Contact team on 0300 456 2099, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

If you need to report an emergency repair when we’re closed, please call the same number. You’ll automatically be transferred to our repairs contractors.

On Facebook

Our Catalyst Housing Facebook page provides regular updates on services for residents.

Our page is monitored Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

On Twitter

We have two Twitter accounts:

  • @ContactCatalyst is aimed at our residents, to keep them up to date with news and information about our services.
  • @Catalysthousing provides information about our wider business and services, including regeneration and development.

Both accounts are monitored Monday to Friday,  from 9am to 5pm.
