By phone

If you have any type of query or question, please call is on:

  • London customer services centre: 0300 456 2099 (open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
  • South East customer services centre: 0300 456 2090 (open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

If you need to report an emergency repair when we are closed, please call us. Your call will then be transferred to our repairs contractors.

We have two Twitter accounts:

  • @ContactCatalyst is aimed at our residents, to keep them up to date with news and information about our services.
  • @Catalysthousing provides information about our wider business and services, including regeneration and development.

Both accounts are monitored Monday to Friday,  from 9am to 5pm.

On Facebook

Our Catalyst Housing Facebook page provides regular updates on services for residents.

Our page is monitored Monday to Friday,  from 9am to 5pm.
